Steam Shrimp |
Ingredients: |
5 Pound Shrimp (36-42 count) |
5 1/2 Tablespoon Old Bay |
1 Tablespoon Salt |
2 Tablespoon Black Pepper |
2 Teaspoon Celery Seed |
1 1/2 Cups Vinegar |
1 1/2 Cups Water |
Directions: |
Mix dry ingredients together. |
Combine vinegar and water and pour into pressure cooker. |
Thaw shrimp and place layers of shrimp and spice in pressure cooker. |
Cover and cook until pressure builds. |
Cook under pressuer for 2 1/4 minutes. |
Cool cooker immediatley. |
